really nice recipe! I have tried to make many thai/asian dishes recently, with not-so good results....this one provides a good base for a very popular dish, but i would suggest using about three times the wet ingredients for the sauce, as the delicate vegetables can scortch easily (i used sake instead of white wine) and make sure that you have chicken stock on hand when combining the chicken with the sauce and veggies and finishing the dish, to make sure that the sauce stays loose, as this is traditionally a very saucy dish, with plenty of gravy to spoon over the rice. Yummy!
