Six Can Chicken Tortilla Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 23, 2012
Made 2 times now and this is awesome! Only thing I changed was used frozen corn and added garlic powder! My sis isn't too crazy about spicy things but she LOVES this! Lower in calorie without adding cheese or chips! Delicious as is! Make a double batch or you'll be sorry you didn't!

Hot Turkey Sandwiches

Reviewed: Sep. 15, 2010
Really good! Wasn't too sure about it at first but it was amazing! I used colby jack cheese instead and sprinkled about a teaspoon of curry before I mixed up. Baked for 30 mns only. Perfect! Would be good with ham & a little mustard next time! Tried on whole wheat toasted buns!

Crescent Dogs

This was an AWESOME recipe! Loved it...made me feel like a kid again! :) They are good cold left over too! I did nuke the hot dogs for about 1 1/2 mns and used cheddar cheese. Little hard to roll but my own fault. :) Did flip half way through. So good! Will definitely do again!

10-Minute Arrabbiata Sauce

Reviewed: Apr. 6, 2010
Awesome sauce! Made with spray olive oil however. ONLY use 1/8 tsp crushed red pepper flakes. Was plenty spicy for me, unless you want it REALLY hot! Served with spinach salad with red onion slices & grated Lavender cheese with Ken's Italian dressing, wonderful compliment to the noodles!
