Slow Cooker Barbeque

Reviewed: Oct. 1, 2011
YUM!! Although, I did follow advice from other users and drained the liquid before putting the shredded meat back in the slow cooker. Then added 1/2 bottle sauce and diced onions and cooked for about an hour. YUM!

Gourmet Caramel Apples

I'll stick to regular caramel apples. They turned out pretty cute, but not really worth the effort...

Spinach Cheese Manicotti

Reviewed: Aug. 29, 2011
One of the BEST dinners ever. You'd think the spinach makes it gaggy, but it doesn't. It's perfect. I've made this at least 8 times in the past year. So so so good....I don't change anything.

Pecan Pie Muffins

AWESOME as is!!!! The BEST muffins I've EVER made. I would not change a single thing, and I will DEFINITELY make these again. SOON. I used standard size cupcake molds with paper liners.

Pumpkin Bread IV

Reviewed: Dec. 22, 2011
I make this bread for my dad who is a diabetic. He LOVES it and it doesn't affect his blood sugar levels too much. He lives in Ohio and I make him 3 loaves to take home. He freezes it and eats a little at a time. Great recipe!

Grandma's Doughnuts

Awesome, easy recipe. Will definitely be making these for my kids again. We like the powdered sugar on them the best.

Judy's Strawberry Pretzel Salad

Reviewed: Jul. 1, 2010
The only reason I gave this 2 stars is because it tasted good. I will NEVER make this again. This needs to be made in a dish bigger than a 9x13 because it overflows. And it doesn't hold together well since the jello is on top instead of between layers.

Mexican Rice III

Reviewed: May 22, 2014
I left out the bell pepper (we aren't fans of bell peppers) and the jalapeno peppers (5 kids who don't like hot food). My 8 year old daughter loved this which is really saying something since she NEVER eats rice. For a Mexican dish, it tasted better than anything I've had in a restaurant. I just don't really care for Mexican food.

Tres Leches (Milk Cake)

Reviewed: Sep. 8, 2011
Great cake!! I reduced the evaporated milk... I used a 5 oz can instead of 12 oz. I also reduced the whole milk from 2 cups down to 1 1/2 cups. I wanted the cake REALLY moist, not soup. :) Thanks for posting!

Chili Dog Casserole II

Reviewed: Mar. 8, 2011
This was awesome and tasted JUST like chili dogs. VERY filling. I spread a little chili, cheese and onions on the tortillas before I rolled up the hot dogs. And I used 3 cans of chili instead of two. Two just wasn't enough. GREAT recipe!

French Toast Casserole

Reviewed: Mar. 8, 2011
I followed the recipe "as is" and it DEFINITELY needs tweaking. It is WAY too soggy in the middle. It needs less fluid and needs to be stirred at least once during baking time.

Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins

Was very easy to make with my 4 1/2 year old daughter.... used ingredients that I already had on hand except for the yogurt. I substituted milk. Worked out just as well I'm sure. Good recipe. Thankyou! :)

Best Lemonade Ever

Was WAY better than normal lemonade, but too much sugar. Next time, I might use a little more lemon or a little less sugar... Very good tho! :)
