Was a pretty good recipe. Although the changes I would/did make: I used 12 gourmet stuffing mushrooms, I would use half the oil since it didn't evaporate completely and I had to spoon out the excess, I would use garlic powder next time since the minced was slightly overpowering, I only used half of the cream cheese and STILL had leftover stuffing mixture, I didn't time the baking... I just "eyed" it, and when there was what seemed to be about 2 minutes of baking time left, I added a good size pinch of shredded cheddar cheese to the top of each one and pushed it down slightly so it stayed on top... :) For my first stuffed mushroom recipe, I was pleased! :)
