About this Cook
I have been happily married for 34 years and have three great children. All of our children are happily married and each have two boys, so 6 awesome grandsons for us!!! YEH. I love to read and have a library of currently 530 hard covered books. I say currently as I am always adding to it. My husband says I will run out of room as I cannot move into his "man cave". I will just stack them!
My favorite things to cook
I love to bake and cook new things for dinner. My husband is always anxious to come home and see what is on the menu that night. I really enjoy planning dinners for the week and exploring new recipes.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Making Thanksgiving dinner and making Christmas cookies. I really love cooking for these holidays. In the fall I make a cake that my Mother always made (she would have to make two so my Dad would have some). It is a raisen apple cake with carmel frosting. It is wonderful!

Chicken Zucchini Bake
I loved this recipe! I don't know how anyone could find this bland. If you season it appropriately it is wonderful. It definitely will be a recipe that would be great for entertaining. It was too much for my husband and I, however, it did last for two dinners. That is always a blessing. The only thing I did differently was that I seasoned it a bit more to go with our particular tastes. But I think everyone does this typically with any recipe. Thank you DebbieJoe for a wonderful recipe!!!
