New York Cheesecake I
I really enjoyed this cheesecake. The one I made should have probably been baked an additional 5 min. or so. The center looked set when removed from the oven, however, when cut and served the center seemed a little too soft. It started to collapse and cave in in just the middle. I topped it with strawberries and was liked by all that tasted it.
