Vanilla Chai Buttercream Frosting

Reviewed: Feb. 9, 2015
OMG!! This frosting is so freakin good. It's perfect as is. I cut the recipe in half and had enough for 12 regular size cupcakes. It's a must try.

Banana Muffins II

Reviewed: May 25, 2014
These are so delicious! I followed the recipe exactly and only added a little vanilla and cinnamon like the other reviews said to do. I used very ripe bananas and I didn't over mix it. They're very moist and bold tasting.

White Chocolate Macadamia Cranberry Dreams

Reviewed: Jul. 9, 2013
I've made these a couple times and they're always everyone's favorite. Absolutely delicious, even without the macadamia nuts.

Garlic Carrots

Reviewed: Feb. 21, 2011
Quick and easy! I usually don't care for carrots but this recipe was very good. I threw in some red potatoes too. Great side dish!

Shrimp Scampi Bake

Reviewed: Feb. 21, 2011
This was not the best shrimp scampi I've ever had. It was really easy and quick to make but I really didn't like the mustard taste. Next time I'll only use one tablespoon of dijon mustard or none at all. I thought a whole cup of butter was a little excessive since I didn't have a whole lot of shrimp, so I only used a half cup. I also added a half tablespoon of white wine and sprinkled parm cheese after it was fully cooked. My boyfriend enjoyed it and cleaned his plate but it wasn't my favorite.

Steak Stir-Fry

Reviewed: Feb. 4, 2011
Absolutely loved it. My boyfried and I ate the whole pan in one sitting. I added 1/3 cup brown sugar like the other reviewers. I only used one onion instead of five and used green, yellow, and red peppers (each one cut in half). Delicious!

Black-Eyed Peas Spicy Style

Reviewed: Jan. 28, 2011
I used fresh black eyed peas instead of canned. I wasn't very impressed with this recipe although my boyfriend said it was good. (I think he was lying). It seemed kindof bland but I might try it again with canned peas.
