I'm a nerdy gal from the frozen wastes. I fix computers for a living and am slowly overcoming long term illness through diet change.
My favorite things to cook
Salmon. There is nothing else.

In a spark of what I thought at the time was madness, I melted butter and grated garlic onto whole grain rice hamburger buns and threw them under the broiler- not expecting them to turn out but at least appease the other half, and wouldn't you know... they were great!
My cooking tragedies
Made an entire pot of spaghetti sauce using my aunt-in-law's delicious recipe, did not realize until after it was finished that I had accidentally used Jalapeno Olives.
I don't know why they even make such an abomination, but it ruined my spaghetti sauce.
