American-Italian Pasta Salad
I'm making this salad again today for a group barbeque. My husband, who does NOT like pasta salads, asked me to bring it. It is truly wonderful! I add "buttons" of sliced string cheese, and use sliced salami cut up in small pieces instead of cubed salami. The last time I took it, there was none left to take home, so that says how others felt about it, too. Peggy

Chuck's Come On Ice Cream (or Night of the Red Death) Chili
This was VERY good! I toned down the spiciness, because I was giving my 82 year old Dad some,too. I used canned jalopeno sauce (tomato based) instead of fresh ones, and cut the chili seasoning in half. It was still spicy, but really, really good. A little grated cheese on top, and a lime juice bar afterwards was perfect to cool off my mouth!!

Amy's Garlic Egg Chicken
VERY good!! My non-chicken loving husband liked it, too! I think Amy was guessing at some of the quantities for the ingredients, but with a little adjustment, it's fine. 1 tablespoon of salt has to be a typo: make it 1 teaspoon. Cut the bread crumbs in half, but keep the rest of the cheese and spices the same. More breading on top when you turn over while cooking. I used sourdough dressing mix for bread crumbs. Good flavor. This is a keeper for us!
