So good! We added more onion (white and Green) and used Ritz instead of breadcrumbs. A great quick, easy meal!

Mixture for Meatballs, Meatloaf or Burgers

I used it for meatballs..it was great! The one thing I did differently is I sauteed them until they were nice and brown, then covered them and popped them in the oven until done!

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

This was a great recipe that my whole family liked. I used 2 chicken breasts instead of the tempeh, I sauted them first with a little enchilata sauce and the onion. I used "hot" enchilata sauce and only 1/2 a jalepeno and it was perfect! Really easy, not much clean up at all, I highly reccommend it and will make it again!

Banana Cream Pie III

Made this for my husband who LOVES banana cream pie...it was so simple I didn't think it would be too good. But it was a huge hit, I got compliments all night and he had it again for breakfast! I used one package of vanilla and one french vanilla for a richer flavor.
