Slow Cooker Enchiladas
I made this about a week ago. I didn't put all the cheese into the mix but, sprinkled some top each layer. People are right,the soft tortillas kinda become muck, but still the flavor was good. My daughter who doesn't eat much tomato sauce stuff was afraid she wouldn't like it but, as I old her, that isn't a problem with the cream soups added. We topped it with lettuce, tomato, and sour cream. To quote everyone, they thought it was "the bomb" Next time-and there will be a next time-I will use the hard corn shells. Gave it a 4 only because of the tortillas, the taste gets a 5.
I think after using the hard shells it may go to a 5.
