New York Chicken
I made this last night and it was delicious and so easy. I used boneless chicken thighs (this is what I had defrosted) and the neufchatel cheese for a bit less fat/calories. Since the lighter cream cheese is softer I didn't add the wine. It turned out wonderful. Since I make most things from scratch, I made my own cream soup from a dry mix that I make. I don't think you can mess up this simple recipe. The rosemary adds something special. This would be great for company.

Festive Cracker Spread
I made this just minutes ago It is wonderful!! the flavors have not had time to meld together yet and it still tastes great. I used a sharp/aged white cheddar and green onions. I made as directed except for using the lighter neufchatel cheese and a bit less mayo. It is a little on the salty side, but this is due to the green olives and the cheese I chose to use. I still LOVE IT!!!!

Braised Balsamic Chicken
I made this last night and really enjoyed it. I did make a few changes due to what I had on hand;I used boneless skinless thighs. I put the ingredients in the slowcooker adding a red and green pepper (diced). The chicken was frozen so I cooked it on low for 8 hours. I will double the sauce next time. Delicious and easy.
