Marie's Easy Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Very, very yummy. I used the Beefy Onion Soup Mix, but otherwise followed the instructions to a tee. Super easy to make and my husband wolfed it down! Thank you.

Garlic Chicken with Orzo Noodles

I really enjoyed this recipe, but I did make a few modifications. I sauteed a red bell pepper for a few minutes before adding the garlic and red pepper. I also used cilantro instead of parsley which I think adds great flavor to the dish. Also used steamed broccoli instead of the spinach. This was very tasty. I will definitely make this again! Thank you.

Classic Lasagna

Napa Cabbage Salad

This is so incredibly addictive. I wish it was better for you, but it is SO, SO good! Thank you for the recipe. I did have to cook the crunchy bits longer than it said, but it was worth it for that beautiful golden brown color and buttery crunch:)

Ground Beef Shepherd's Pie

This meal turned out well. My husband and I enjoyed it, but I felt it was a little blah. I used Diced Tomatoes with Chiles which gave it a nice kick. I feel it could have had quite a bit more seasoning of some sort. Overall though, it was very yummy and easy to prepare.

Chicken and Dumplings IV

My husband loved this which is a huge plus since I love dumplings. I did add carrots and celery, 6 bouillon cubes and some garlic powder to the dumplings. It turned out beautifully. Thank you!!

Bacon Chicken I

This was a very tasty dish. I did pre-cook my bacon, but apparently not enough as it was still pretty chewy. Next time, I think I will completely cook the bacon and put it on top.
