Antipasto Pasta Salad

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2012
I made this with my family and it was great! We made a few changes though. We followed the recipe as given only we used 1/4 pound shredded asiago cheese, 2 chopped tomatoes, 1 tablespoon dried oregano. Also we didn't use the green bell pepper, the dry Italian dressing, the olive oil, vinegar, salt or pepper, and instead we just added a cup of liquid Italian dressing. It was yummy!

Blueberry Cream Muffins

My family loved the muffins! I added a half cup of brown sugar and it tasted better that way.

Good Old Fashioned Pancakes

Reviewed: Apr. 4, 2010
These are the best pancakes I've ever had. As many other reviewers I think they're even better with a little vanilla (I add 1 teaspoon). I've tried them with All-Purpose flour and wheat flour and they were good either way.

Cinnamon Toast

Reviewed: Nov. 26, 2012
This is a great recipe. I made a little change to it in that I toasted the bread, and then on a saucer I mixed together aboout a tablespoon of I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, with about a tablespoon of honey and about a teaspoon of ground cinnamon. I mixed it until it was creamy and then I spread the mixture on the toast. It was perfect! Best of all, I ate the toast off of the same saucer I mixed up the honey, cinnamon and butter, so I could mop up the remaining yummy mixture on my toast as I was eating it. Sweet!
