Grilled Garlic Artichokes
This recipe is excellent! The char marks on the artichokes make it so tasty! I made a dipping sauce similar to the one we get at Cheesecake Factory: 2 big tablespoons of mayo, 1 teaspoon balsamic vinaigrette, 1 clove smashed garlic, 1 teaspoon chopped cilantro. Sooooo good!! My honey ate 2 artichokes by himself!
