Grilled Garlic Artichokes
This recipe is excellent! The char marks on the artichokes make it so tasty! I made a dipping sauce similar to the one we get at Cheesecake Factory: 2 big tablespoons of mayo, 1 teaspoon balsamic vinaigrette, 1 clove smashed garlic, 1 teaspoon chopped cilantro. Sooooo good!! My honey ate 2 artichokes by himself!

Pancakes I
Wow! I've tried many pancake recipes..but they are all just okay.. These pancakes are wonderful! I used about a TBSP of oil to cook them in and they got wonderfully crunchy around the edges! Yum..this recipe definitely made it's way to Sunday mornings :)
