About this Cook
Ive been cooking since I was eleven and i absolutely love it, cooking is one of my favorite things to do, I get a real adrenaline rush when I cook something delicious and the room gets really quiet and the its filled with lots. I love making people smile and what better way to do it than with delicious food!
My favorite things to cook
I love to cook Veggie Lasagna, Enchilada Cassarole, Chicken Potstickers, Indian food,Fried chicken, Mac N Cheese, I love cooking and will try preparing anything atleast once.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Large Soul food buffets! acctually a buffet of anything is our tradition.
My cooking triumphs
Indian food, and cooking foods from other cultures.
My cooking tragedies
For the life of me I cant master Tempura batters, I have tried atleast 6 of them and followed every instruction to the "T" and its just a disaster that ends with me scraping off mushy batter to eat the veggies. :(
