Holiday Chicken Salad

I chose this recipe because my daughter had to enter a recipe contest that called for all entries to be made with rabbit meat! I just substituted pressure cooked rabbit for the chicken. It won 2nd place at a state 4-H rabbit recipe contest! It made a nice presentation served in a glass bowl, surrounded by crackers. Tasted good too!

Apple Cake III

I would say the only difficult part of this recipe is chopping the nuts! It goes together so quick and easy when you are in the mood for those "fall flavors" of apples. I would say it is more of a "coffee cake" . Very good.

Baked Spaghetti I

I found this recipe to be an easy way to casually entertain close friends. It is handy to put together ahead of time and "take and bake" as needed. I added a tossed salad and garlic bread. It fed 8 people and we still had leftovers!
