This is a great recipe! I stuck more or less to the original recipe aside from the following changes: I used 2 stalks of celery for more crunch, about a third a pound of bacon (more would be nice but I think this was better to cut back on fat and still taste good), added 4 radishes finely chopped and some fresh dill. I also roasted the potatoes in the oven with EVOO and rosemary rather than boiling which makes an incredible flavour in this salad. My only complaint is the 2 cups of mayonnaise - that's WAY too much! Luckily I started with 1 cup so my salad wasn't ruined but I think I'll try 3/4 cup next time since this is still an awful lot of mayo. Aside from this change the recipe is just great - thanks for sharing Donna!
