Reviewed: Aug. 12, 2014
Wonderful recipe. The muffins came out of the oven like they were bought from the bakery. Yummy and delicious. My go to recipe for any muffin. Thank you!

Fluffy Pancakes

Reviewed: Sep. 14, 2013
Perfect pancakes. Light and fluffy and husband approved. Another alternative to vinegar is lemon juice with the milk. I use this combination all the time when a recipe calls for buttermilk. Best recipe for pancakes so far.

World's Best Lasagna

Reviewed: Aug. 28, 2013
Excellent recipe. I made a couple of minor changes. 1)substitute fresh basil for the dried 2)added only 1/2 tsp of salt 3) used 4 small foil pans w/ lids to freeze for future meals. A very friendly recipe to follow.

Curried Coconut Chicken

Reviewed: Nov. 30, 2011
It was good and smelled great! I made some adjustments. I forgot to buy tomatoe sauce so I didn't add that but I forgot to adjust the sugar so mine came out a little sweet. No ones fault but my own. I did add 2 potatoes cut in cubes at the end when simmering. Next time, I would add carrots and some mushrooms. Overall, a great recipe. Will make it again and again.

Good Old Fashioned Pancakes

Reviewed: Nov. 27, 2011
Excellent recipe. Adjusted the servings for 4. Added a touch of cinnamon, splash of vanilla and a tad more milk for a slightly thinner batter like others suggested. But overall, a great recipe. Thanks!

Awesome Sausage, Apple and Cranberry Stuffing

Reviewed: Oct. 9, 2011
I have never made stuffing from scratch. This was the best! My guests loved it. I have to be honest, I still made Stove Top as a back up but no one touched it. This recipe is definitly a keeper! I did change a few things like others said. I used 1C of chicken stock, used fresh herbs, omitted turkey liver, used pork sausage instead of turkey sausage and used a granny smith apple. I deep fry my turkeys so I used a 9x13 dish for the stuffing. Reheated at 350 for 30 min covered and then another 10 minutes uncovered.

Broccoli with Garlic Butter and Cashews

Reviewed: Apr. 13, 2011
Delicious! Revised the recipe a bit. Adding asparugus spears and sauteed chicken with the garlic in veggie oil. Then added remaining ingredients plus chili flakes for a little kick. Served with rice.
