Made exactly as written. Did not sprinkle the confectioners' sugar on the cookies but did add mini chocolate chips to the batter. They are delicious. They taste like brownie cookies. Yum. Definitely a keeper! Thank you for sharing!!

Baby Back Ribs

Reviewed: Nov. 15, 2011
oh wow! Delicious fall off the bone ribs! My husband and I did a dry rub first then we added the bbq sauce on the ribs. We let that marinate for a few hours before baking (as directed) then grilling for about 20min.! So darn good! Thank you for sharing this wonderful recipe!

Delicious! My only complaint is the amount of servings. Definitely not for 2. Next time I will triple the ingredients.

Chili Cream Cheese Frosting

This was fantastic! I used this frosting on my pumkin cake III from this site and it was delicious. The only thing I added was 1/2 tsp of Pumpkin Pie Spice. Perfect! Thanx Candice.

Pumpkin French Toast Bake

Reviewed: Oct. 24, 2011
Pretty good recipe. I added 1 tbsp of Pumkin Pie Spice but that's all I added. The taste is good but I think it lacks a bit of the pumpkin flavor. Maybe with less eggs and a bit more spices it will give this a more pumpkiny flavor. Definitely will make again though.. Thank you =)

Creamy Rice Pudding

Reviewed: Oct. 18, 2011
Thank you Erica for sharing this wonderful recipe. I followed the advise from Judy671, and mixed the egg, 1/2 cup of milk and the vanilla extract in a bowl and slowly poured it in the pot. I was really afraid that it would scramble, but it didn't. I also added 1 tblsp of brown sugar and sprinkled cinnamon in the mixture. It tasted soooo delicious. I will be making this again tonight.

Pumpkin Pancakes

Reviewed: Oct. 15, 2011
I don't know what I did wrong. I followed the recipe and instructions to the T and the batter came out really thick. I know I am not supposed to taste it because of the raw egg, but I did anyways and the batter tasted really dull. I don't like to give up after the first try, so I will make these again, maybe tonight or tomorrow morning. I will read some reviews and take some suggestions from the others and we'll see if that works out a little better. **UPDATE: As promised, I made these again but with modifications, added 1 tsp vanilla extract, added the dry ingredients to the wet by adding 1/2 cup of the flour first, then 1 tablespoon at a time till I got to the right consistency, I also used lemon juice instead of the vinegar. When finished I used a 1/4 measuring cup to pour the batter onto the pan, spread the batter softly with a spatula and flipped once the big bubbles started to appear. These were much much better this way. Thank you for sharing =)

Pumpkin Cake III

Reviewed: Oct. 13, 2011
This is a great recipe! So delicious and moist. I added more spices than what the recipe called for and followed the others suggestion of adding only 3/4 cup of oil and 1/2 cup of applesauce (draining it for 2min before adding it to the mix). I'm really glad I did because this cake came out perfect. As for the spices, I added 1 1/2 tsp of cinnamon, 2 1/2 tsp of pumpkin spice, 1 tsp of cloves and 1 tsp of nutmeg. Delicious! I will be making this again =). Thanks Sue for sharing.

Rice-so-Nice

Reviewed: Sep. 30, 2011
EXCELLENT! I must admit I have been making this recipe for quite some time now, but just realized that I have not rate or reviewd this. This has got to be my family's favorite dish, out of all the recipes here. My two teens and husband all make it on their own without me, which is fine with me. I did however make a couple of changes to this recipe, I omitted the mushrooms and used chicken broth instead of beef broth. This is so popular with my friends and family. We all love it! Thank you Ralph for sharing!

Heavenly White Cake

Reviewed: Sep. 29, 2011
Amazing! My 14yr old daughter said "This cake will make even Jesus cry". LOL. Anyways, I too added 1/2 cup more milk, but I also added 1/2 tsp more of the pure vanilla extract and only 1/2 tsp of the almond extract. Personal preference. The two most important ingregients that I added to this recipe was Patience and Love. With that added, this cake came out so moist and fluffy. Very Delicious. A must try. Definitely a keeper. Thank you Carol for sharing.

Soft Oatmeal Cookies

Reviewed: Aug. 6, 2010
Heavenly! This is a perfect recipe. I made chocolate chip, original, and chocolate chip with peanut butter and they were fantastic! I used Smart Balance (butter), and 1/2 cup of all natural sugar with 1/2 cup of regular white sugar ( i didn't have enough natural sugar). I also made them a bit bigger then walnut size and baked for 11min. My husband loved them and even took some to his work to share with his health nut buddies! They loved and approved =) Can't wait to make them again. Definitely a keeper! Thanx for sharing
