Men Love This Steak

Holy ! This rocked my world. I substituted Feta for the Blue Cheese. I also added green peppers. This was a huge hit. I can't wait to make it again for another special occasion.

White Almond Wedding Cake

I made this for my Grandmother's birthday. Everyone seemed to like it but next time I will reduce the amount of almond extract. I found the almond extract a bit overwhelming.

Mom's Sticky Chicken From 1972

I really loved the flavor of these wings. I love the sweet and mild spice. My only problem was that the people I made them for didn't like that they were not crispy. Next time I will fry the wings and instead of baking them in the sauce I will cook the sauce separately and put the sauce on after the wings are cooked and crispy.

New Orleans Corn Bisque with Smoked Sausage

I used frozen corn and 3 cups of potatoes. Pretty good but was missing something. I used some Franks Red Hot in it for some more flavor but just couldn't get the seasoning right.

Black Magic Cake

My world has been rocked by this cake! I used a bundt pan and make a frosting with 3/4 choc chips, 3 tbls butter, 1 tbls corn syrup and 1 tsp vanilla. Seriously amazing and crowd pleasing.
