Coconut-Raisin Rice Pudding

I would make this again because it is such a good way to use up left over rice. I added heavy cream b'cause that's what I had. I wish that I had used cinnamon instead of the nutmeg. We prefer that flavor.Next time I will and I would like to try coconut milk as well.

Oatmeal Sourdough Rolls

This is more of what I would call a biscuit than a roll. it has a cakey texture not a puffy yeast one. we realy liked it. i think that it'll be delicious in the morning with a scrambled egg and maybe cheese too. Took another's advice and used all coconut oil that was solid. No cocnut flavor but a nice sweetness, unami-type

Roasted Lamb with Root Vegetables

Very good! The marinade was enough to add to the vegetables in the bottom of the pan. I used potatoes , chopped onions,carrots, and a sliced fennel bulb. I added a half bottle of Greek olives from Trader Joes( all I had left). I also added some fresh thyme to the pan with the marinade. My family and friends loved it and took doggie bags home.

Kelly's Slow Cooker Beef, Mushroom, and Barley Soup

Really loved having this on the counter. Smelled so good! Tasted even better. Added a lot of celery for extra chunks. Two bay leaves are important to the taste of this dish. Pearl barley was so delicious to this soup.
