Bacon Cheese Puffs
Just a quick note, in reading some of the other reviews I think some people are only putting in 9 oz of tortellini, hence the "extra" sauce. The recipe calls for two 9 oz pkgs of tortellini for a total of 18 ounces. Try this on for size and see if it doesn't make a nice difference. I LOVE this recipe!!!

Easy, Cheesy Tortellini Bake
I have made this recipe three times now, the first two times exactly per direction and the last time with the addition of one pound mild Italian sausage, one onion diced, and 4-5 garlic cloves minced. Outstanding, each and every time! I don't know where other reviewers are finding the "extra" sauce, but mine has had none. It comes out with a consistency similar to a well set lasagna, and not a soupy one. Will be making this for years to come! Thank you EFase!!!

Bolognese Sauce
Excellent! I had to use mild Italian pork sausage as opposed to just straight pork sausage out of necessity, and I followed others suggestions and did the bacon first, then sauteed all the veggies in the drippings and used 6 oz tomato paste instead of tomato sauce. Still, even with these minor changes I would have never accomplished this without your original recipe. Thank you so much Kimber!
