Creamy Banana Pudding
I made this a dessert for a dinner for an entire Men's College soccer team! I am sure everyone can imagine how much hungry college athletes will eat. I made it in the morning, and it was the perfect amount of time for two huge pans to set. It was really easy and inexpensive, even given that I was quadrupling the recipe. This dessert disappeared! They loved it and gave it rave reviews. Thanks for the great recipe!

Fruited Ice Cream
This was a great find! My 7-year-old son and I wanted to make some ice cream together in our electric ice cream maker. Most of the recipes I had used before involved eggs, double-boilers, and more cooking than I wanted to get into with him "helping" me. This was the easiest! We both had a great time. We used roughly pureed peaches, and 1T almond extract in place of one of the Tablespoons of vanilla extract. It took a little longer to harden, but it was worth the wait, and was so good! Great fun to do with him, so we plan on trying new variations together over the summer! Thanks for the great recipe!

Green Punch
I will say that this recipe was a great jumping off point for a wicked witch's brew at our halloween party. Of course, after the third person, unbeknownst to me, added yet another mystery alcoholic ingredient, I don't know how much I can attribute to the recipe... But the jello base is a great idea! I actually used a melon jello and pear nectar, but I that's what's cool about this recipe - you can tweak and make it a little different just by altering the jello type and juice type. Thanks!!!
