Too Much Chocolate Cake
Made this cake yesterday and it's phenomenal!!! I'm not sure if I've EVER had better chocolate cake and I am a picky chocolate-cake gal. Followed almost everything w/ the exception of a few items because I use a fancy, very intricate bundt pan with a lot of detail and didn't want to chance a cake that was too gooey or slightly crispy (higher baking temp) for my ornate pan. Used only 1/2 c oil. Used only 1 cup MINI choco chips. And I baked it at 325 degrees for 55 minutes. It tured out beautifully and tasted truly terrific. I simply dusted w/ powdered sugar and added strawberries to the top. Everyone RAVED about this cake! I can't wait to make it again! Thanks Denise, great job!

Blueberry Cream Slushy
We really liked this one! Followed exactly but used a Mango/OJ blend from Simply Orange which is some of the best OJ out there. Also used Greek Vanilla Fat-free yogurt. This smoothie tastes like one you would pay $5 for -- terrific flavor, color too. As far as those who complained about "grit" from the berries, that's part of the homemade freshness (and charm) and my 5 and 2 year olds who are as picky as anyone loved it. This is a winner. Oven Baked Chicken Teriyaki
Very good, a crowd pleaser! Easy. Perfect flavor, very moist chicken. Only used half the ginger and it was perfect. Really nice over brown or jasmine rice.
