Tonya's Terrific Sloppy Joes
Such a yummy recipe!! I doubled the recipe for my family and another family that just had a baby. Neither of us had any leftovers that's how good it is. I'm not a big hamburger fan, so I used 1/2 ground beef & 1/2 ground turkey in my version. Thank you for sharing your great recipe!

Ham and Beans and More
I never thought I'd ever say I would enjoy eating Ham and Beans...but I love this recipe. I only made a couple simple changes. I used 1/2lb Great Northern Beans and 1/2lb black eye peas. Then, I used chicken Better Than Bouillion instead of water like someone else suggested. It was very tasty. My hubby enjoyed 3 bowls and my children enjoyed it with a dallop of sour cream. It will be our new New Year's dinner tradition paired up with fresh corn muffins.

Snickerdoodles III
This is my favorite snickerdoodle recipe. I recently had to alter the recipe to accommodate a friend who has a dairy allergy. I substituted butter with 1/3C butter flavored Crisco, substituted eggs with 6T of natural applesauce and upped flour to 3C. They still came out fabulous. On another side note: I do flatten them a little before I put them in the oven.
