Pistachio Crusted Rack of Lamb

Stuffed Pork Chops III

I seasoned pork with MOrton seasoning salt, garlic & onion powder prior to stuffing. I sauteed onions and garlic in pan and then mixed it with the bread crumbs. I added cheese to the bread crumbs and used low sodium beef broth. I used some Corn Starch to thicken gravy after I put the pork in the oven to finish cooking. Was very good but the husband said it was salty.

Artichoke Chicken

I seasoned chicken with Morton Seasoned Salt and garlic powder. I used 1/2 the mayonnaise and the whole jar of artichokes. I also put more garlic powder and pepper in the mayonnaise mix. Was very good.

Scott Ure's Clams And Garlic

soak clams for 20 minutes in water before cooking so that they can spit out the sand. Scrub shells and throw into to pot. Cook them for about 5 minutes or until they open. Very good.

Amazing Pork Tenderloin in the Slow Cooker

I seasoned the pork with salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder. also used a little bit of rosemary. I then seared the pork in a pan (to brown it) and then put it in the crock pot. There was a lot of liquid left over and next time I'm only going to use 1/2 cup of water. Also next time make slits in the pork and put garlic slivers in it.

Baked Lemon Chicken with Mushroom Sauce

i used McCormick chicken seasoning on all the chicken pieces prior to putting them in the oven. Also added 3 cloves of garlic and 1/2 an onion with a full can of Chicken broth. Was very good.

Chicken and Red Wine Sauce

Per another reviewer, I added mushrooms, onions and garlic and sauted them before I put the chicken in. I seasoned the chicken with salt and pepper and sprinkled some paprika on it. I used very little brown sugar. I then kept pouring the mixture over top of the chicken. Very good.

I used Slow Cooker Cilantro Lime Chicken recipe for the chicken. I followed the rest of the recipe except I used corn tortillas instead of flour. Was very good. Just don't overstuff them.

Chicken Piccata II

I combined this recipe with Mushroom Piccata. After breading the chicken, I added some fresh pepper and lemon pepper. I did the following for the sauce: I added cup of fresh mushrooms, 1/2 cup chopped onion, 1 cups chicken broth, 1 cup white wine wine with 4 tablespoons lemon juice. I also added 1/4 tsp of lemon peel. This makes a lot of sauce for 2 pieces of chicken I also used 2 tsp of cornstarch. next time try:2 tbl. of capers while simmering, and a clove of garlic.

Baked Honey Mustard Chicken

Cut paprika in 1/2. Double the sauce. Use 1/2 regular mustard and 1/2 Dijon mustard. Marinade for as long as possible. Make sure you scoop the sauce on the chicken before serving. very good.

Rubbed Down Pork Chops

Per another reviewer, I rubbed the pork chops with 1 tsp garlic powder, salt and pepper. I made double the amount of the Worcestershire & water mix. I browned the chops then removed them so I could sauteed the onions, garlic and mushrooms in dripping until soft. Then I put everything back in the pan to finish cooking it. It was an okay recipe.

Balsamic Roasted Pork Loin

It was good. Made it using a 4lb loin. I didn't have enough Montreal Steak seasoning so I wasn't able to double any of the ingredients. I also used minced garlic. Would probably be better if I could have doubled the ingredients.

Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue

Per another reviewer: I season chicken with garlic powder, a little salt and pepper add a can of chicken broth and throw in crockpot and cook on low for about 6 to eight hours. When you get home, drain grease shred chicken and pour rest of ingredients (plus 1 tsp liquid smoke, 4 cloves of garlic minced and 1/2 a cup of minced onions) over chicken for about an hour to blend flavors.
