Stuffed Pork Chops III

Reviewed: Oct. 24, 2013
I seasoned pork with MOrton seasoning salt, garlic & onion powder prior to stuffing. I sauteed onions and garlic in pan and then mixed it with the bread crumbs. I added cheese to the bread crumbs and used low sodium beef broth. I used some Corn Starch to thicken gravy after I put the pork in the oven to finish cooking. Was very good but the husband said it was salty.

soak clams for 20 minutes in water before cooking so that they can spit out the sand. Scrub shells and throw into to pot. Cook them for about 5 minutes or until they open. Very good.

Amazing Pork Tenderloin in the Slow Cooker

Reviewed: Oct. 11, 2012
I seasoned the pork with salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder. also used a little bit of rosemary. I then seared the pork in a pan (to brown it) and then put it in the crock pot. There was a lot of liquid left over and next time I'm only going to use 1/2 cup of water. Also next time make slits in the pork and put garlic slivers in it.

Next time use balsamic vinegar. Also double the spices for the rub since there wasn't enough. Otherwise it was really good and moist.

Chicken Piccata II

Reviewed: Jul. 15, 2012
I combined this recipe with Mushroom Piccata. After breading the chicken, I added some fresh pepper and lemon pepper. I did the following for the sauce: I added cup of fresh mushrooms, 1/2 cup chopped onion, 1 cups chicken broth, 1 cup white wine wine with 4 tablespoons lemon juice. I also added 1/4 tsp of lemon peel. This makes a lot of sauce for 2 pieces of chicken I also used 2 tsp of cornstarch. next time try:2 tbl. of capers while simmering, and a clove of garlic.

Per another reviewer, I rubbed the pork chops with 1 tsp garlic powder, salt and pepper. I made double the amount of the Worcestershire & water mix. I browned the chops then removed them so I could sauteed the onions, garlic and mushrooms in dripping until soft. Then I put everything back in the pan to finish cooking it. It was an okay recipe.

Balsamic Roasted Pork Loin

Reviewed: Feb. 19, 2012
It was good. Made it using a 4lb loin. I didn't have enough Montreal Steak seasoning so I wasn't able to double any of the ingredients. I also used minced garlic. Would probably be better if I could have doubled the ingredients.
