I've made this recipe for my family and they LOVED it! My husband HATES meatloaf but LOVES this, which I'm glad because I love meatloaf and never get to have it, this relieves me of my meatloaf cravings! I've made it exactly to the recipe and I've also added an extra can of onion soup for more gravy, both ways are great!

Vegan Curried Rice

This recipe was NOT what I thought it was going to be. It tasted like Chili Rice not Curried Rice. I threw it ALL away. I will NOT make this again.

Fudgy Cream Cheese Tunnel Cake

The cake was DELICIOUS! I would recommend only making it for parties or if you have company over. I made it one day just because I was craving some chocolate cake. It was SO rich and delicious but I couldn't eat it all! I ended up throwing half of it away!

Hash Brown Casserole II

I made this recipe for Easter but with some changes that I read about here on this board. Instead of just 1 can of Cream of Chicken I used 2. I only used 1/4 cup butter and not 1/2. I also didn't want to buy a whole box of cornflakes just for the casserole so I just topped it with cheese. It turned out really well. I baked it covered for 40 minutes and then baked it another 10 with the cover off so the cheese on top would get a little crispy. I think maybe I should have baked it a little longer with the cover on because some of the onions were still a bit crunchy. It was great, everyone ate it up!

Carrot Cake III

This recipe is AWESOME!!! I made it because we had a ton of carrots in the fridge and it was a big hit w/ my family! I followed some suggestions and used applesauce in place of some of the oil. It was soo moist and yummy!!! Definately try this!!

South Beach Chopped Salad with Tuna

I hated this. My boyfriend, his best friend and I are on the South Beach Diet and we all agreed NEVER AGAIN will we use this recipe. I dont know what it was, I'm guessing the dressing because I enjoy everything else in the salad.

Holiday Mini Kisses Treasure Cookies

I love these cookies!! My aunt found this recipe in a magazine a few years ago and they were awesome! For those of you whoe are looking for the candy coated bits they are just the mini m&m's they have them in the same spot as the chocolate chips and stuff. I did notice that some of them do stick to the pan sometimes but I still think they taste YUMMY!

Chicken Parmigiana

I made this recipe for my family's New Year's Eve dinner. It was SOO simple and quick and tasted fantastic. Everyone loved the chicken and it just melted in our mouths it was so moist. I will definately make this again.
