My Best Clam Chowder
I been looking for a good clam chowder recipes well this is it! I did it change a few minor things I just can't seem to help myself. on the advice of other reviewers I cooked 3 slices of bacon in my stock pot, then took the bacon out to drains and crumble in later. when I added the clam juice and water I also added in some time and old bay seasoning (next time I will use bottled clam juice instead of water). I didn't want to use a separate pan so any microwave safe bowl I added the potter and the flower and cooked it together until thoroughly nick n about a lease then I added the half and half into the bowl using a whisk. then I dumped the mixture into the stock pot with the vegetables and water and juice. I cooked the whole thing on medium heat until nice and hot thick but not boiling. then I added back in the bacon and the clams. I used 2 cans of chopped clams and 1 can of baby clams. I didn't have any red wine vinegar but I will try it next time it was still amazing without it!

Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Beef Bake
Good base, but needs some work I used ground turkey(20 oz), it was what I had. I followed other reviewer suggestions and used frozen mixed veggies (carrots, peas, corn, and green beans). I also, made my own mashed potatoes (leftovers would work awesome). I sauted an onion with the turkey and added salt. Pepper, and garlic powder to taste. I added the veggies, the whole can of cream of mushroom soup (again, what I. Had), 1/3 can water and the worchestershire sauce and cooked about 5 minutes more, med heat. Then I topped it with my mashed potatoes. Baked for 30 mins on 350* and tipped with cheddar cheese for last 10 min. It came out sooo good, hit the spot on a cold washington day!,thanks to all the other reviewers :)

Grandmother's Buttermilk Cornbread
To make this slightly more healthy I used 1/4 cup butter 1/4 cup canola oil. I also used whole wheat flour instead of all-purpose and added 1/4 flax meal with a few tablespoons water. It turned out wonderfully!
