Super yummy but DONT use lowfat sour cream. Its worth the addition fat to make these green beans the BOMB. PS-I used red onion.

Norwegian Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Aug. 23, 2010
Super simple. Dough a little mushy to me. Had to flour 3 times just to get them spread to cut out. Very bland like shortbread. My Honey woke up and ate them with milk & really liked them.

Italian Spaghetti Sauce with Meatballs

Reviewed: Aug. 27, 2010
These meatballs made me the most popular woman at the party. I made a red sauce to dip them in. I baked them on 350 for 30 min and they were moist & delicious. I used half Italian sausage half beef.

Mimi's Slumgullion

Reviewed: Sep. 9, 2010
Wonderful winter favorite. Entire family loved it. Suggestion: Put the bell peppers in the last 20 min. Because they were in there so long, the skin became stringy.

Creamy Vegetable Cheese Soup

Reviewed: Sep. 16, 2010
Best soup EVER! Creamy, cheesy, yummy. I did like everyone else and added two cups of water, 2 cups water instead of the 2 quarts of water. There was def enough to feed 7-8 people. Our family of 5 had 2nds and hubby has enough to take for lunch tomorrow :)
