Baby Back Ribs
First time every making ribs. My family loves bbq ribs, so I decided to give a shot. I make bbq chicken at the same time (also a first) just in case. I made one rack of baby back ribs according to the directions. I used Sweet Baby Ray's and then before serving I added more sauce on top of both the chicken and the ribs and broiled them a bit longer to get the sauce to really thicken and stick. They DID fall off the bone! My chicken I made the same way except I did not keep them wrapped up when backing. NOTE: I did drain both the ribs and the chicken of extra juices that collected in the pan. THIS IS A KEEPER!

Mac-N-Cheese Pizza
I made this just as the recipe read. I used whole wheat pizza dough, which I would opt for one more flavorful next time. Also, while it isn't anything surprising, velveeta isn't the most flavorful cheese either. I will make it again, but definitely up the ante next time around.

Unbelievably Awesome Barbeque Chicken Pizza
I thought this chicken had great flavor and texture. I used a coarse grain mustard. I will make it again using regular Dijon mustard- not to change flavor but appearance. It put my kids off. My son who loves chicken took a very small bite and said no thank you. My step daughter didn't care for it either and she is not picky. Still my husband and I liked it.
