Bamieh (Middle Eastern Okra Stew)
It turned out well! I didn't have lamb on hand but had beef and it was a good substitute for it. I did as someone here suggested and add tamarind paste (I didn't know what the heck to use it for and now I got a reason!) and it added a good flavor to it. This is a stew and not a soup, so if you really wanted it to be more soup like, add a lot more water! Hope I can try this with chicken, hope it'd turn out well without the need to cook for so long!

Best Lemonade Ever
This was amazing, and the best part is is that it doesn't involve so many lemons to use! I used about 4 large lemons, though I ran out of sugar, but it was fabulous, my husband and I loved it, and almost everyone loved it, but my father-in-law thought it wasn't enough lemons or sugar. But this did not take me four hours, I let my husband roll out the lemons on the table until they became soft making the juices come out much easier. It took him about 5 minutes to squeeze all four. But all in all, this is a keeper, I will be making this again!

Homemade Tomato Sauce II
I thought this sauce tasted wonderful, but I couldn't find any basil or Parsley so I had to leave it with any real flavors. But I would cut down on the amount of water to just one cup, it came out more like a stew than a sauce. Another thing is that I didn't have a can of crushed tomatoes so I used about a kilo of fresh tomatoes, skinned but not seeded, I suggest to have more than a kilo, maybe about a kilo and a half, and put them in a blender for two or three seconds, so you have a smoother sauce.
