1. How do you like your eggs?  Over easy ... or is it easy over? I don't know. I hate runny whites but love runny yolks good for dipping toast! 2. How do you take your coffee/tea? Coffee with just milk. Tea I drink black and only if coffee is not an option at someone's house. I only make MORE

Fluffy Pancakes
I added vanilla and cinnamon but these are the best pancakes ever!

Mexican Whole Wheat Flour Tortillas
I rated this based on my changes. I found this dough super easy to work with. I let it rest for an hour because I had phone calls to make anyway. I used half and half all purpose and whole wheat flours and olive oil in place of shortening.

Black Bean Brownies
These were yummy! I only made half the recipe (with 1 egg) because I wasn't sure how they'd turn out but I was very happy with the result. Next time I'll make the whole recipe. I also added dried cranberries.
