Avocado Shrimp Ceviche-Estillo Sarita
A friend from South America taught me this recipe years ago but I hadn't been able to find it again till now. He said the shrimp had to soak in the lime, tomato and onion for at least 24 hours to turn out properly - then you add the rest of the ingredients. Can't wait to try this again now that I know the ingredients again!
