Broccoli Cheese Soup

Reviewed: Nov. 6, 2011
Super easy and super delicious. Just as good as if not better than what you would get at a restaurant. I followed recipe exactly and it came out wonderful.

PHILLY Blackforest Stuffed Cupcakes

Reviewed: Jul. 27, 2010
Yummy! The reviews are correct in stating that it is hard to get the proportions right - mine turned out really large. My kids LOVED the cherry suprise in the middle. I agree with another revewier that they are even better cold the next day. I also couldn't taste the cream cheese very much, next time I think I may even omit it completely, or substitute it for another kind of filling. Will definitely make these again!

Cream of Chicken Breasts

Reviewed: Jul. 21, 2010
So so easy. I was only cooking for one, so I only used one can of cream of chicken - did not add the milk. The juices from the chicken thinned it out and made it into a really tasty gravy; I seasoned the chicken to taste and then served with instant rice and veggies. This recipe is basic and requires you seasoning otherwise it could easily be bland.

Slider-Style Mini Burgers

Reviewed: Jun. 21, 2010
I've made these twice now - most of my family hates mayo so the first time I used very little mayo, and found that it made the meat/cheese mixture just crumbly and dry. Made it a 2nd time following recipe and LOVED them. Family didn't even realize it was mayo! I personally love mayo and loved the creaminess of it. I also cooked on a baking sheet the first time and it made the rolls too hard - this time I was out of foil so instead I just threw them in the oven for 5 minutes since everything is cooked - it warmed the rolls but they were still soft. DELICIOUS! New family favorite!

Hot Dog Men

Reviewed: Jun. 17, 2010
So so so easy and it thrilled my kids. I had a bunch of leftover weenies with no buns, so needed something that wouldn't require the buns. This was a perfect way to use up the extra weenies - I threw them on top of a batch of mac and cheese. Kids got a kick out of it!

Sweet As Kisses Pie

Reviewed: Mar. 25, 2010
This was great! So easy to make - I wasn't sure how to get the 'marble effect' it describes... mine turned out more mixed together and pink, but tasted great just the same. Will definitely be trying this with other fruits!
