Best Pico I've ever had! I did not use the cumin because I didn't have any, but the flavor was so awesome it wasn't missed! I use this Pico on EVERYTHING from grilled chicken dishes, to my breakfast burritos, and everything in between. It's also FABULOUS on pulled pork sandwiches! TRY THIS RECIPE!

Slow Cooker Texas Pulled Pork

BEST bbq pork I've ever tasted! I followed this recipe exactly EXCEPT I left out the onion because I didn't have one. It doesn't have a very strong BBQ sauce flavor at all, it just has a really great sweet and spicy flavor. I used a bbq sauce with a bit of a spicy kick.. it turned out FABULOUS! I definitey will make this again.
