Pretty good, and fairly easy to make. I used a "cook" banana pie filling instead of the vanilla instant. I couldn't find an instant one that didn't have hydrogenated oil. Topped the pie off with whipped cream, sweetened and with coconut rum in it. Yum!

Peppy's Pita Bread

I had to make this by hand -- was very worried when the dough never actually rose. Turned out great after baking though. I mixed 2/3 whole wheat flour.

Cream of Mushroom Soup I

Didn't really care for this. During cooking, you can't really taste the thyme, but it is overpowering once cooled.

Lighter Banana Muffins

All right, I guess. kinda lacking in taste. If I made this again I would add vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg. I'd also sprinkle some cocoa on top. NOTE to those who like this because it's low fat - don't forget it still has 200 calories from the carbs in each muffin.

Great! I baked this, with salmon, AND forgo the sesame seeds, and it was still great. My girlfriend said it was better thn her dad's that she always raves about.

Coconut Shrimp I

Delicious!!! some of the useful tips I will listen to next time: Larger shrimps better! blitz the coconut a bit. We liked it so much we didn't even need dip.
