Pumpkin Cobbler

Sue, no you do not mix the cake mix according to the box. If you did, how would you "sprinkle" it on top. Excellent recipe. My husband doesn't like orange flavored anything, so I used vanilla extract.

Pound Cake III

I made this recipe into cupcakes (I stopped at 24 and threw the rest of the batter away). WAY TOO MUCH SUGAR. The bottom of my cupcake papers were VERY oily. The tops of the cupcakes were crunchy and flat. The insides were a beautiful light and fluffy texture. Not sure if baking as cupcakes instead of a cake made a difference, but I am not going to try again to find out. EDIT--9/23/14--Had to come back and change my rating. Tasted these again last night and this morning and what a difference in the taste! Still just a little too sweet, so will cut back a LITTLE on the sugar. The tops of my cupcakes have turned out to be my favorite part--not crunchy now, kind of a chewy texture (not sure how to describe). I did not put any frosting on them. Just wish they weren't flat. Might be something I did. Will definitely make these again.

Zucchini Casserole III

Yummy recipe. I only made 1/2 a recipe. Sprinkled each layer with garlic powder, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Was delicious. My husband loved it. I am going to try adding some hot banana peppers next time. Also, I baked it for a lot longer than stated.

Italian Cheese Bread

Loved the taste and smell. Followed the recipe exactly, except I used the dough cycle on my bread machine and then formed into rolls. Baked at 375 for 20 mins. I really couldn't taste the cheeses though, so I am going to try without them next time. Loved the Italian seasonings. Thank you so much, Roger, for a wonderful recipe.

Sriracha Cheese Bread

Sorry, we did not like this at all. I made mine in the bread machine and made into rolls. They smelled AMAZING coming out of the oven, but the taste was blah. They were very light and fluffy. Very disappointed. I was soooo excited when I found this recipe.

Disappearing Marshmallow Brownies

Loved them! I baked mine for 18 minutes and would recommend baking them for longer (and I like my brownies a little under done). Marshmallows sort of melted into the brownies, but still provided a little gooey-ness to the top. Am going to try replacing the butterscotch chips with peanut butter chips next time--and there will be a next time!!

Nany's White Cake

This is not a "thick" cake. I had no problems with it rising. Followed the directions and ingredients exactly, except I made it in a 9x13 pan. I am eating it plain, because I wasn't sure if I would like it and didn't want to waste my time making icing. Very happy with this cake and would make it again. I might try adding a little more vanilla next time.

Simple 'N' Delicious Chocolate Cake

This was not a bad cake, but wasn't great either. I followed the directions exactly. I set the timer for 35 mins. and that was too long. This cake is very dark (would almost say black). Was moist (at first), but kind of dry the second day. A lot of crumbs. Wasn't very chocolately or sweet. I did not put frosting on my cake, but I think it needs it. I will probably not make this again. There are too many REALLY GOOD chocolate cake recipes out there. Thanks for sharing.

Peanut Chewies

I have made these twice in less than two weeks. ABSOLUTELY love them. Very addictive. Wasn't sure if I liked the crust at first, but it tastes good with the other ingredients. Did NOT use the peanuts(son doesn't eat them)and I don't think they really need them in my opinion. The recipe doesn't state to grease your pan, but I think I will try to next time(mine stuck in the pan a little). GREAT recipe. Thank you, Diane!

Deep Dish Alfredo Pizza

This sauce is amazing. Didn't make the crust. Didn't have the heavy cream so I used half and half. Topped my pizza with sliced fresh tomatoes. Wonderful! Will DEFINITELY make again.
