Chuck's Favorite Mac and Cheese
This is a good simple and easy mac and cheese recipe. The only thing I'd change is the bread crumbs. I probably wont add any next time as I didn't like the added texture. :P Other than that, it was still pretty good and was even better the next day!

Soft Sugar Cookies IV
Best Sugar cookie recipe I've made yet! Still soft and chewy the next day and it was easy enough to alter for a nice variation of cookies. :) I ended up dipping some in melted chocolate(I recommend Dolchi Frutta chocolate dots. I only covered half of the cookie for more of a fancy look), covered quite a few in cream cheese frosting, and then leaving the others plain(but with cinnamon added to the sugar topping to make them more like snickerdoodles.). Each was absolutely delicious! The boyfriend had at least seven in one sitting, so it passes the test ;) I'll be making this again for parties and holiday occasions.

Cheddar Bay Biscuits
Made this tonight with some soup and my boyfriend and I absolutely loved it! Fabulous recipe! I added a bit more cheese than called for and I only baked half of the mixture, since it was just me and my significant other, and I put the rest in the fridge for later. Ended up having a lot of garlic butter left over, so I used it as a dipping sauce, which was even BETTER! It made the biscuits melt in the mouth. I'll definitely will be making this recipe again. Most likely when I have a large social gathering since there will be plenty. :D
