DELICIOUS: As my prior review stated. The key is to use a potato ricer to squeeze all the liquid from the zucchini. I used an ice cream scooper to measure out mini cakes, then flatten out. Needs a little more oil to cook up thoroughly without burning. Delicious cold or warmed with a dipping sauce. I dipped in homemade coctail sauce...and also good with sour cream & chives. Next time I will add a little more 'heat'. Great with 'cool' fruit on the side.
