Chocolate Pecan Pumpkin Bread

Reviewed: Oct. 22, 2011
Cook time way off! I ended up cooking them for 1 hour and 20 mins. The flavor was nice but I might try it without the pecans next time.

Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins

Reviewed: Jul. 2, 2011
AMAZING!! I have made these severl times now. I did as others suggested and used milk instead of yogurt, and I use only 2-3 bananas depending on size so that the muffins aren't too banana-ie. Everyone at work loves when I bring them in. My mom who doesn't like banana bread just loves these and asked for the recipe. Thank you:)

BBQ Pork for Sandwiches

Reviewed: Mar. 14, 2011
delicious! I have made these several times. They are good with beer or beef broth. To top it off, drizzle some olive oil on you rolls and toast or grill them. The crunchy texture just makes the sandwich that much better!

Southwestern-Flavored Ground Beef or Turkey for Tacos & Salad

Reviewed: Mar. 14, 2011
I have made this several times and I love it. The only change I made was that I lessoned the chili powder from 3 tablespoons to 1 (I can't handle the heat.) Besides that this recipe is perfect, thank you for the healthy alternative to beef:)

Cheesecake Cupcakes

Reviewed: Mar. 14, 2011
Great basic recipe but I made a few changes. Like other users had suggested, I used 3 eggs instead of 5. I also added a crust to the bottom of my cupcakes using 1 cup crushed chocolate Teddy Grahams, 3 tablespoons sugar, and 1/4 cup melted butter (mix together, sprinkle in each cupcake liner, then gently press down.) I then spooned the cream cheese mixture on top of my crust. I did not make the sour cream topping. Instead I sprinkled chocolate chips on top of each cupcake. I baked them for 25 mins and they came out perfect. Everyone at work loved them!!
