Famous Chicken Adobo

Reviewed: May 11, 2014
This was really good. We always use low-sodium and I usually add some water just to tame it down.

White Bread For The Bread Machine

Reviewed: Apr. 27, 2014
This is by far the best bread machine recipe I have found. I learned that I hate bread machine crusts so, I put mine on the light setting and took it right out of the pan when it is done. Thanks!!

This was delicious. I followed the recipe exactly as written. the lamb was very moist. We chose to cook for 18mins because we didn't want it bloody or pink. Delicious!!

Lemon Basil Carrots

Reviewed: Mar. 10, 2014
I cooked this as directed. However, I might try 1 teaspoon of lemon juice next time. I thought there was too much of a tang or something was off. I'm always looking for new ways to do carrots!! Thanks for the recipe!

I love tuna casserole but I've never had it with swiss. This was really good and I chose to add frozen peas for personal preference.

Salsa Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 18, 2014
This was pretty tasty. I used shredded Mexican blend cheese because that's what I always buy. I opted not to use sour cream, but I imagine it would be good with it. Thanks for the recipe!

Herb Roasted Pork

Reviewed: Feb. 12, 2014
This was a hit! I did add oregano and I omitted the salt. The glaze during the last part made it even better. It was excellent and we would make this again.

I loved this, it was really good. I do agree that it was sweet so I will take the recommendation from others and half the sugar.

Indian Tomato Chicken

Reviewed: Dec. 21, 2013
I liked this a lot. I followed the recipe with the exception of not having cardamom. I heard you can use equal part cinnamon and nutmeg. It would have been even better if I actually used a food processor. Very good recipe, thank you!!

Chef John's Sloppy Joes

It was just okay. But I did use a red pepper and ground turkey. Maybe that's why. I'll try again with beef and green pepper.

Italian Sausage and Zucchini

Reviewed: Sep. 22, 2013
I thought this was a great idea and it tasted superb! Just a few things I did... I cut my sausage while it was raw. I used 2 regular sized zucchini and 1 reg squash because I love vegetables. I used a purple onion and I chose to season a little with garlic powder, herbs de provence, and italian. I used diced tomatoes since that is usually my preference. I used half of a box of rigatoni. Thank you for this recipe!

Easy Pork Roast

Reviewed: Sep. 19, 2013
This was good and different. I've never thought of putting beans or tomatoes with my pot roast. I usually do potatoes and carrots. I had to substitue some things such as diced tomatoes for stewed (personal preference) and I didn't have any shallots so I just used some scallions. I used heineken light beer since that's all I had. It was pretty tasty and I would do it again.

This was different but just not my thing. I've never had cucumber salad before and decided to try it. I don't think I'd make this again. FYI--I followed the recipe.

Cream Cheese Pound Cake

Yum-O! This was really good. It was moist and had a good flavor. We did not have almond extract though so that was omitted. We made a lemon glaze to drizzle lightly on the top. Thanks for the recipe!!
