Sophie's Zucchini Bread
A++++ !!! I have made zucchini bread at least a dozen times here lately, but this is by far my favorite recipe! Thank you so much for sharing! I always have to add my own 'umph' to it, so I did add a tsp of ginger, a tsp of nutmeg, and went heavy on the vanilla. :) Mine & my family's bellies thank you!

Tater Tot Casserole II
YUM! I needed a super cheap dinner idea for my family on a tight tight budget - and this one popped up. My husband and 4 year old daughter devoured it, and the hubby had thirds, and brought some for lunch today! The only thing I did differently was used 2 cans of mushroom soup, and added another 1/4 cup of sour cream. We like extra creamy - and this did the trick. I'd also recommend getting seasoned tater tots - it adds a kick of flavor! Thanks for sharing your recipe!
