Sweet Dijon Basa Swai Fish (or a fish of your choice)
I made this for supper last night and was very disappointed. The sauce tasted good, but the fish was mushy. I threw it in some olive oil and fried it until it was golden brown, and that's the only thing that saved it.

Honey Mustard Beer Brats
This was an easy and great brat recipe---it didn't even stink up my house! I skipped the peppers because of hubby's heartburn issues and used a good dark beer--Michelob Amber Bach. Husband was not too happy about that part. Too bad. If anyone's having trouble finding the bbq sauce, Kraft makes honey mustard bbq sauce and I found it at Walmart---this was a shocker because our Walmart sucks and is typically out of whatever I need. Husband AND 3 kids loved it---even the picky one. I'll definitely be making this again, but I'll probably wait until there's not a foot of snow on the ground.

Hot Artichoke and Spinach Dip II
Brought this dip to a superbowl party so I doubled the recipe. I did what everyone else did and used sour cream instead of mayo and also used fresh spinach since I always have some in the house. I also added a tsp of cayenne pepper to it---probably won't be doing that again though. A couple people said it was too spicy, although others liked the spice. Served with Triscuits and Ritz crackers, I think the Ritz crackers went better with it.
