Too Much Chocolate Cake

best semi-homemade choc cake ive made! will always be making my choc cakes this way from here on out. I loved that the choc chips dont melt all the way, provides a great texture! mmm mmm mm

Warning: This makes a HUGE BATCH, but they are yummy, so don't worry about eating them all. Everyone raved about them. They were perfect for cookie-giving. Very fluffy and pretty sweet in flavor but very good!

Ice Cream Kolacky

I made this with store-brand low fat vanilla ice cream. It was still good, but highly recommend going ahead and using a high quality regular vanilla ice cream (not low fat). I think it will definitely make a difference. However, it was great still, just more on the less-sweet side, which was totally fine!
