Ranch Dressing II
We really liked this recipe. I added a bit more salt than what is called for - not sure how much, just kept sprinkling in till we liked the taste. I did increase the garlic powder to 1/2 tsp. too. Also, I did the 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1/2 cup sour cream, 1/2 cup buttermilk - as suggested by a previous reviewer. The longer it sat, the better it got. Thanks for sharing! I love being able to make things from scratch!

Rich Chocolate Truffle Pie
Very Rich! I used milk chocolate chips, instead of semi-sweet - personal preference. Because I used milk chocolate, I didn't add any extra sugar at all. Also, I don't own a microwave, so I just heated the cream just to boiling, then poured it over the chocolate chips and let it set. Then stirred the chocolate chips until smooth. The pie is creamy and wonderful. My family loves it. Thanks so much for sharing!

Russian Tea
Ahhh... Just like I remember. I left out the sugar completely, seemed like 2 cups of sugar was A LOT (especially with sweetened lemonade and Tang). It is perfect! I also agree with a previous reviewer, 3-4 tbsp is A LOT of mix per serving. I use no more than 2 tbsp.
