Ginger Veggie Stir-Fry

This is a fabulous basic stir-fry recipe. It's really versatile, and delicious with whatever veggies you use. I also increased the garlic and and used half sesame oil in the sauce. I normally use minced ginger from the jar, but I've used powdered ginger as well. (1 tsp.) I doubled the liquid because I love extra sauce for over our rice, but it was just enough to coat the veggies. I would triple it next time.

Rosemary Turkey Meatloaf

I am a lifelong MEATLOAF HATER and I LOVE THIS RECIPE!! It is pure comfort food to me. Thanks a million for this recipe. I have made it several times and everyone loves it. I use Pampered Chef's Rosemary seasoning instead of straight rosemary. I have used tomato paste when I was without tomato sauce (with only 1/2 cup brown sugar and a little extra water) and it has still been fabulous!

Almost No Fat Banana Bread

I couldn't live without this recipe while on Weight Watchers and my kids love it! I give mini loaves as gifts all the time... who doesn't love banana bread? Especially stuff this healthy!

Pineapple Shrimp Rice Bake

Fantastic use of my leftover grilled shrimp! Thanks for this recipe and for the reviewers who reported their yummy results using extra onion and no ham. That's how I made it and it was terrific.

Spicy Basil Chicken

Thank you! This was fantastic and fast! The recipe really lent itself well to the substitutions I needed to make; red pepper flakes and hot chili sesame oil instead of chili peppers, a little fish sauce instead of oyster sauce. If I were going to make this again, I wonder... what KIND of hot chile pepper should I get?

Awesome Sausage, Apple and Cranberry Stuffing

I make this every year. It's the best part of thanksgiving dinner. I don't change it much because it's awesome just the way it's written. I use chicken stock instead of turkey and omit the sage (it's not our thing) and I add a few fresh cranberries too. So worth it.

Duck and Fontina Pizza With Rosemary and Caramelized Onions

Thank you for this recipe! Leftover duck from gifted Turducken. Used Chèvre cranberry goat cheese and a bit of mozzarella. Plus diced duck and a tiny bit of tomatoe and additional rosemary. ( pampered chef rosemary seasoning mix). FABULOUS!
