I loved this dish! I followed the recipe and also drizzled a little white truffle olive oil over the top before I put it in the oven. It was so light and simple. The 25 minute time was perfect and I also used frozen veggies. I thawed the tilapia first. I would recommend this dish to anyone because it is so easy and it turned out great. Instead of butter you can use extra virgin olive oil to cut down the calories. The butter just gives it a savory feel so I really liked the butter. I seasoned it with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
