Greek Veggie Salad

I love this recipe! I make two changes though. I blanch the cauliflower and broccoli and rather than zesty italian dressing, I use "Absolutely Fabulous Greek/House Dressing" from this site.

Sweet, Sticky and Spicy Chicken

Way too spicy for me; my mouth was on fire! I floured the chicken as suggested and my sauce thickened with no problems. I liked it but next time I'll use only 1 tablespoon of hot sauce and perhaps more brown sugar.

Cheater Pot Pie

Just ok, reminds me of the food available at cafeteria style restaurants. An inexpensive yet filling dish with generic flavor.

Creamy Vegetable Chowder

Delicious! I love garlic and pepper so I added 3 cloves of minced garlic in with the onion and doubled the pepper. The only other change I made was to add chicken. I used boneless skinless breasts, which I broiled for 5 min on each side and then cubed and added about 5 minutes after the potatoes.
