Seven Spiced Shark Steaks

OH MY!!!! This is AMAZING! I actually could eat the paste by the spoonful. This recipe is easy and one of my new favorites. Where I live in the UK, shark is only sold if one is accidently caught, therefore I have also used this on cod, salmon and chicken. All wonderful. My next will be pork tenderloin! I do add a wee bit of salt though.

Mom's Pretzels

By well floured surface, I guess that means another cup or so. I the dough is really sticky. They cooked okay and I know it was not the yeast, because it tested just fine. Maybe the difference between US flour and UK flour. Good luck!

Gourmet Mushroom Risotto

This recipe is just lovely as is. I always worried about "building a risotto," but this was a wonderful surprise. When I cooked the mushrooms, I added a tablspn of prepared minced garlic and a nice splash of dry white wine. And I also did half butter and half olive oil to cook the rice. We had it as a side to corn-fed roast chicken and braised peas. PERFECT!! THANK YOU MYLEEN!
